Emma has been involved in the retail, hospitality and construction industries for over 25 years as a business owner, Operations Manager, Master Franchisee and facilitator.
Emma successfully developed the management teams and business profiles of individual restaurants, enabling the owner/operator to take on more restaurants while working less.
It was then that Emma was approached by Sumo Salad to take on the position as Master Franchisee for the Victorian market. Driving the marketing and brand development of the new franchise, Emma was required to be the mediator between the Franchisor and the Franchisees. She would locate appropriate sites, negotiate rental lease agreements, identify potential franchisees and oversee the fit out of the retail site. Her superior facilitation skills led her to become the primary trainer for all incoming local and international franchisees.
Her passion for facilitating personal and professional development and her ability to tailor a training package directly towards the client’s needs makes her the perfect fit for Epiphany Training + Consulting.
Natasha began her career in windows and doors 10 years ago as a commercial draftsperson at G.James. Natasha then moved into a commercial project management role with Civic Glass and Aluminium. Natasha joined Team EDGE in April 2014 as a Business Developer in QLD.
When Natasha's not providing exceptional customer service to EDGE fabricators in QLD and NSW, she can be found making her own cleaning products, yoghurt, organic stocks and face wash.
Time spent with her family, enjoying live music and classic car shows, keep Natasha busy on weekends. A self confessed "closet geek", Natasha likes to set her inner gamer free on her PS4.

Janine Williams is an intuitive business coach and high level communicator. She has the ability to reach inside a business and see the possibilities. She is also able to coach people to achieve things they never thought possible in their careers. One step at a time.
Over the past 13 years, Janine has been delivering training for construction companies. These include: Richard Crookes Constructions, Probuild, Hansen Yuncken, Mirvac, and MPA. As a result of this experience, she has collected a wealth of knowledge about the workings of the industry and is convinced that successful companies are driven by great teams at all levels.
Participants warm to Janine’s engaging training skills. Her no fuss straight-shooter style appeals to construction employees. She is able to create a trusted learning environment where people are encouraged to share their experiences. Janine cares about the learning of participants. Often participants will contact her outside of course time to discuss further learning and request additional resources. She is always more than happy to oblige.
