Epiphany Training started out with a small team of dedicated industry professionals with a goal of assisting those in their profession to extend their career aspirations. Working with companies to assist employees with sophisticated approach to individual development through tailored short courses, executive coaching, individual branding development, our commitment is to quality training with a focus on practical application of those skills.

 

Too often we saw courses ran for companies which did not address the key issues of the business or how to practically apply the material to get the desired results.

Offering tailored, industry relevant programs is our specialty. Delivering more than ‘just another training course’ is our vision. Ongoing mentoring, career advice and strategic goal setting in line with the businesses vision are just some of the benefits that our participants have gained.

 

Further expansion was realised with the addition of the disciplines of professional HR and WHS consultants who had a wealth of experience in their respective disciplines and we commenced offering individual tailored services and packaged up outsourced solutions for businesses who required a full service, without the addition of further internal resources. This approach worked well for companies with established HR and WHS teams who required specialised assistance or for those businesses who did not have the requirement for a full time internal resource.

 

Executive coaching was further developed after Janine realised this was an ever increasing and in demand service that not just senior members of corporate teams required, but also small business, owner/operator needed a particular approach to achieving their goals. A small team of professionals were approached and this has now grown to a team of 42 nationally.
