This workshop will look at all types of customers and how we can serve them better and improve ourselves in the process

  • Describe the meaning of bias and stereotypes

 

  • Ability to use strategies to remove barriers and encourage diversity

 

  • Understand the importance of body language

 

  • Effectively deal with a complaint and resolve the situation

 

  • Identify ways to discourage discrimination
