My Daily Rabbit Food!

Every day I take certain supplements to keep me going. I smoked for 27 years a pack a day (yes can you believe it) so I'm very conscious of supporting my body into wellness. I said I'd give up when I turned 40 and I did, on the very day. Interesting this was when I gave up smoking (I read the Alan Carr's book) it creates depression - never ever knew that...

So my daily supplements I DON'T go without is:

Reishi Mushrooms

Reishi Mushrooms are amazing, just check around on the web and you'll see a lot of information and all of it says... Lowers blood pressure, boosts your immune system, anti-aging and helps promote a healthy liver! I love that it almost looks like a liver, often that's how you can tell what vegetable is good for what organ if you check their shape ie. Walnut brain, carrot eye, brocoli lungs, celery bone, tomato heart etc...

My Amino Acids

This is like taking beautiful food, mothers milk for the body. It's a unique combination of amino acids and vitamins that allows the body to recognise virus, fungas and mould in the body and you naturally pee it out. Love it. I've been taking these for 12 years now and it's the most consistant I've been with anything...
