Put a Spring in your Step!

So spring is here! Let’s look at 3 of my essential tips so we can soak up and use this wonderful energy full of opportunity and possibility!
Clean out! Yes obvious but often overlooked, your wardrobe, your bathroom, your kitchen, garage and friends and boyfriends too if necessary ;)
Clarity on goals. Sometimes we have this fuzzy idea of what we want because it’s been in our head so long, so my advice is to get clear again because if your thinking fuzzy, results will be fuzzy too! What do you want and how are you going to get it? Plus use 5 minutes meditation in the more to visualize too ;)
Be Bouncy. Health and wellbeing is always important but spring is about getting our bodies ready for summer, emotionally and physically. So do whatever you need to feel good by December. For me I’ll keep my walking going and my yoga. Foods are always good seasonal and water, water, water!
Take the time to smell the Jasmine, I love it and there’s plenty around!
