2015 Healthy Attitude

So yesterday after being told by my Shiatsu therapist that this was the worst he's seen my digestive system - I'm going to live my 'Healthy Attitude' motto!

Yes the stress of moving, oh did I mentioned I moved... I definitely have the art of moving down pat. However, each time becomes a little more challenging. Is it age? Perhaps, but I believe it's mostly my sensitivity to life and things around me is greater. The more work I've done on myself and the more I come to understand the workings of life - the more I feel things. Is that a good thing? Well for me it is, because funnily enough, the more sensitive I am to things, the more I'm able to understand and manage what is happening better. Alot of the time it's out of fear we become overwhelmed with life and so from truly experiencing my life for what it is, I've gained greater freedom.

BUT yes, my body does feel the pain more - so yoga starts next week! 2015 is 'Healthy Attitude' year - I hope you will join me!

Breakfast is miso and veggies (great way to start the day for my little intestines)

Lunch Brown Rice and veggies

Dinner Brown Rice and veggies - well mostly...

And yoga yoga yoga with some meditation and serious clarity on my goals. 2015 is a manifestation year, so be really really careful about what you are thinking - cause it's going to happen!
