Light is life. It shows us what is happening physically and emotionally and it heals on so many levels. Light can transform gloomy moods to happy one, it can help with jet lag by realigning your internal timeclock via the hypothalamus. It gives life to all of nature including nurturing our own goals and dreams. Let it in whenever you can :)
